7-Day Guarantee Return
After you receive your products, please try them on within 7 days! You have a 7-day best-fit guarantee period starting from the day you receive the products (weekends and public holidays included). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it by filling out the online Return Form.
For any damages, defects or broken parts found with your product, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the package by filling out the online Return Form. We will contact you to resolve the problem at the soonest we can.
Returns will be accepted only if the item is returned in a saleable condition with the tag intact and in its original packaging. Products can be returned only under the following conditions:
- All product tags present
- All original tags attached
- No return of panty and thong
After received your return form, our staff will contact you for the next steps.
All refund will be processed shortly after the good(s) are received at our warehouse. We will review the issues stated on your return form and refund the credits to your account within 7 days.
