1. Why we can do a reasonable price with European quality ?

Simply because we are the producers, we cut out the middlemen and ship directly to you from our factory. This means we don’t have to charge you the traditional 6-8X markup other retailers rely on, and it means you get to enjoy the best quality at the best price.

 

2. What is your return policy?

We like to keep this simple. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, return and we will exchange it with another bra that best fits you with no questions asked.

After you receive your products, please try them on within 7 days! You have a 7-day best-fit guarantee period starting from the day you receive the products (weekends and public holidays included). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it by filling out the online Return Form.

4. What if my ordered item is out of stock?

We work extremely hard to keep our stock levels accurate, but in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will do everything to assist you in choosing a different item of the same price. 

 

5. How can I find the size charts?

Simply click "Find your size" on the product page and you'll see our size conversion charts, measurement tips and product measurements.

 

6. How do I care for my items?

We strongly recommend you to read our Bra101 page before washing your lingerie.

 

7. Can I amend/cancel my order after the order is placed?

If you have just made an order, please send us an email (info@completeme.net) as soon as possible and we’ll assist you with your request during business hours. While we do our best to accommodate your requests, we are not able to amend or cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped by our warehouse team.

 

8. What do I do if I receive an item that is defective or not what I ordered?

We try our best to ensure our products are of a high quality, and that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse.

However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, please fill in the Return Form and we will let you know what happens next. 

 

9. When will I receive the tracking number?

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

 

10. What happens if I have accidentally inputted the incorrect address for my order?

11. Do you ship world-wide?

Currently, we only support delivery to Hong Kong, Taiwan and China only.
